How It Works

Choose from 20 On-Site Plus programs
We can work with you to identify knowledge gaps within your organization to determine which on-site training program will have the greatest impact. Then we will send one of our subject matter experts on-site to your workplace (or another venue of your choosing) for a day of employee training and development.

After the On-Site Training
Each On-Site Plus program includes 4-6 on-demand webinars aimed at reinforcing the core principles of your on-site training. This continued training will help your employees retain what they learned during your on-site training and help them apply the skills they learned.

Includes Testing & Assessments
Many of the On-Site Plus programs include quizzes or assessments to demonstrate employee participation and knowledge retention. Managers and supervisors will also have access to our Tracking & Reporting features in order to follow employee training progress and generate training reports.
