Q:

How does a Web Conference work?

A:

Within 2-3 business days after registering for a Rockhurst Web Conference, you’ll receive an e-mail with specific instructions, a Web link, and a unique enrollment ID that you’ll use to connect to the Conference.

About fifteen minutes before the scheduled start of the Conference, you will log on, be connected, and then get today’s hottest training, right at your desktop.  

Your unique enrollment ID may only be used once. But, you can extend the value of this training by inviting others to listen along with you for FREE! Simply invite your friends and colleagues to gather around your computer.

Q:

Why should I choose a Web Conference?

    Do I have to pay for everyone in my office who listens in to the Web Conference?

    A:

    No. Pay just one registration fee and you can invite as many people as you want to participate in the Conference for FREE. However, they must all attend the Conference in the same room with the same computer.  (Learn how to set up your own “Web Conference screening room” in your organization click here.)

    Some organizations prefer to have multiple connections to the Conference. If that option works better for you, you will be charged the standard enrollment fee for each unique connection to the Conference.


    Q:

    What happens if I register, and then something comes up and I have to cancel?

    A:

    We understand that from time to time things happen that you can’t avoid, and you might need to cancel your registration. Here is our cancellation policy:

    If you need to cancel your registration, please do so at least five business days before the event. If you cancel less than five business days before the event, you will receive a credit for a future seminar. Refer to the confirmation number that you receive when you register and contact our customer service representatives at the following numbers: 1-913-432-7755 or 1-800-258-7246.

    What happens if I get disconnected during the Web Conference?

    A:

    Should you have trouble connecting, or get disconnected during the Conference, click here to look over the troubleshooting tips on our Web site, or call us at 1-800-258-7246. The Troubleshooting Tips page gives you step-by-step instructions on what to do should something happen during the Conference.


    Q:

    Can I ask questions during the Conference?

    A:

    Every Conference includes a live Q&A session in an online chat – although, due to time constraints, we cannot guarantee we’ll get to every question. You will have the opportunity to submit questions before the conference by filling out a survey from your confirmation e-mail. Your speaker will make every effort to address questions that have been submitted.
