I am interested in receiving continuing education credits. Is this available?
Our training seminars offer Continuing Education Credits (based on contact hours) upon completion. Credits are issued by National Seminars Training according to the guidelines set forth by IACET. Please note that Continuing Education Credit approval is at the discretion of your licensing board; not all seminar topics are approved by all boards. Contact your licensing board or state agency for specific information relating to your profession or call 1-800-258-7246 to speak with a Continuing Education Specialist.

Continuing Education Credits
National Seminars Training offers Continuing Education Credits based on program length and completion in accordance with the National Task Force for Continuing Education guidelines for attendance at our seminars. Our courses may also qualify for other continuing education credits based on the content and specific credit hours awarded for each topic. Be sure to save your Certificate of Attendance and course outline—and contact your professional licensing board or state agency to verify specific requirements.

Complaint resolution policy
At National Seminars Training, we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the seminar or conference, we will refund your money in full. What if I register for a seminar and later need to cancel?
If you cannot attend an event, you may send someone else in your place. If that isn’t an option for you, cancellations received up to five working days before the event are refundable, minus a registration service charge ($10 for one-day events; $25 for multiple-day events). After that, cancellations are subject to the entire seminar fee, which you may apply toward a future seminar. Please note that if you don’t cancel and don’t attend, you are still responsible for payment.

Cancellation of any event purchased in conjunction with STAR12 may have implications on your STAR12 account, including cancellation of your account, no monetary refund or a balance due to activate your account. Please call customer service at 1-800-258-7246 for more information.
