What are the times for seminars and conferences?
Check-in for all programs begin at 8:30a.m. All full day seminars and conferences begin at 9:00 a.m. and end at 4:00 p.m.
Is lunch provided?
Lunch is on your own and is generally between 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. We often select seminar locations that have eating establishments within the facility or nearby.
What should I wear?
Casual business wear is appropriate and a light jacket or sweater is recommended--some meeting rooms tend to be cool.
How far in advance do I need to register for a seminar or conference?
You may register by phone up to the day before the seminar, or you may register on the day of the seminar at the door.

I am interested in receiving continuing education credits. Is this available?
Our training seminars offer Continuing Education Credits (based on contact hours) upon completion. Credits are issued by Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc. according to the guidelines set forth by IACET. Please note that Continuing Education Credit approval is at the discretion of your licensing board; not all seminar topics are approved by all boards. Contact your licensing board or agency for specific information relating to your profession or call 1-800-258-7246 extension 3100 to speak with a Continuing Education Specialist.

 Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA),
as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority
on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to

Additional information for Accountants:
All program levels are basic and the delivery method is Group-Live. There are no prerequisites or advance preparation required. Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc. will offer continuing education credit that may be recognized by the customer’s professional board. Credits are issued in accordance to the guidelines set forth by NASBA. The recommended CPE awarded for each program are 7, the appropriate measure of credit is fifty (50) minute contact hours. Introductions, breaks, and viewing exhibits are not included in the calculation of contact hours.
Complaint resolution policy: At Rockhurst University Continuing Education Center, Inc. we have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the seminar or conference, we will refund you money in full. If I need to return an item where do I send it?
If you need to return or exchange your training materials, please fill out the return form on the reverse side of the packing slip that was included in your original purchase. (We suggest that you ship returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post in Canada. Sealed software must be unopened.)

What if I register for a seminar and later need to cancel?
We understand that circumstances may arise that require you to cancel. You may send someone else in your place if you prefer. If this isn't an option, you can cancel your seminar or conference registration up to five business days prior to the event and your registration fee will be refunded less a $10 enrollment charge. If we receive your workshop or conference cancellation in less than 5 business days, you may receive a credit memo for another workshop or conference of equal value. Please feel free to call us at 1-800-258-7246 for additional information.
What software versions will I be working with?
Our programs cover the latest, most up to date software possible. To find out the specific version used for the program refer to that topic's web page.
What if I require special attention because of a disability?
